Executive order questions
1. a rule or order issued by the president to an executive branch of the government and having the force of law.
2. An executive order comes from the President while laws are made through Congress. Executive orders also have more limited jurisdiction.
3. Congress may attempt to overturn an executive order by passing legislation (a bill) that opposes the order. However, the President can veto that bill, and Congress would then need to override that veto to pass the bill. Also, the Supreme Court can declare an executive order to be unconstitutional.
4.Bush's best: Executive Order: Improving Assistance for Disaster Victims I found this one interesting considering how he handled the disasters during his presidency
worst: Gutting the Presidential Records Act - Executive Order 13233 this is one of the worst because it's taking away something that was put in place by the founding fathers.
5.Obama best; Executive Order 13650
worst: * Executive Order 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit, and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when the president declares a state of emergency, Congress cannot review the action for six months.
6. EO 11130 put into order by Lyndon B. Johnson
this was to analyze the assassination of President Kennedy and all the information that went along with it, as well as the death of the man that was charged with the murder.
this order was necessary because there were a lot of rumors going around about Kennedy's death and it needed to be straitened out for hsi family's sake and for America's sake.

Create Higher Education funded by the government.
By the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the United States of America, I hereby order to better the education system and provide easier access to higher education.
Sect.1 All public colleges and universities will be free of charge to those who are eligible
Sect. 2 Those who enroll in a public university or college must retain a 3.0 GPA and average 10 hours of community service per semester attended.
Sect. 3 Board of Advisers will be assigned to each college/university to report on students' productivity.
Sect. 4 If a student drops or fails out of a university, the tuition accumulated must be paid back to the system.
